the10 offers regular classes of skill-leveled training, technical training camps throughout the year, and specialized clinics from time-to-time, like soccer fitness and pre-tryout clinics.
Regular classes focus on one skill per week and training is driven by the US Soccer curriculum for technical, physical, and psychological development.
Our trainers use a three-phase approach to all lessons: 1) learning skill with minimal mental or physical pressure, 2) applying skill in drill situations, with more mental pressure, and 3) applying skill in small-sided, game-like situation.
We use the same techniques in our camps. However we cover a broader set of skills, integrate more games and small-sided play. Our camp students go away tired, and most want to come back for more. They leave better, smarter players.
